5/5 Excellent
"We stayed at Paradise Bay at a Mountain View room. Even though we had a Mountain View, we still had a wonderful view of the bay when we stepped out onto our balcony, so it felt like a bonus room. It’s far enough away from the city and traffic, but still only about 15 miles away from the airport.
The atmosphere was peaceful and the garden surrounding the property was well taken care of. I gave a 3 for the facilities only because my husband and I kept rolling towards the middle of the bed, and our bathroom sink drained very slowly. It didn’t bother us too much as we just used the kitchen sink. If we asked for anything, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and undoubtedly they would have fixed the sink if we complained. But we just let them know on our last day. The bed was also very comfy and sheets extremely soft despite the unevenness.
Our room had a kitchenette with plates, bowls, cups, utensils, pots and pans. We even got a roll of paper towels, which is really nice because a lot of places don’t provide that. There was a hot plate and toaster. So if you want to save a little money, go to the grocery store and cook breakfast for your fam and enjoy the views at the resort before you go out and explore the island.
We like being away from crowds, shops and foot traffic, so this resort was perfect for us and it really gave us that sense of relaxation and peace. Mahalo to the friendly staff! We’ll definitely come back!"
