VILLA DESCRIPTION
Kalya Residence, a luxurious 4-bedroom villa within the private and secure Panacea Estate, is a testament to absolute quality and luxury. Every aspect, from finish and furniture to layout, is meticulously planned to ensure a luxurious and enjoyable experience for guests.

Situated conveniently, the villa offers proximity to various attractions across Koh Samui. The main ferry port of Nathon, connecting to the Thai mainland, is a 30-minute drive away. Additionally, it takes 20 minutes to reach Samui's international airport and just 10-15 minutes to the beautiful sandy Bophut Beach, Big Buddha, and the main tourist center of Chaweng.

The villa features a high natural stone retaining wall bordering the garden, leading to the elevated living and dining room. The living space, extending almost the entire width of the villa, boasts a high wood-lined vaulted ceiling with windows on both sides, creating a grand sense of space.
