Great property conveniently located near shopping, food, and subway system. I stayed for 14 days and it was very comfortable. There is a lot of construction in the area right now but crosswalks and detour routes were available to get around it. I would recommend this location and would stay again.

It’s a nice hotel, especially the location—very close to COEX Mall and right in front of the subway station. The cleaning staff are very kind, and there’s a good laundry room as well; I just wish they had a few more machines.

Property was very clean. Easy access to Subway and/or taxi and Uber options. Very walkable and staff was quite friendly. The gym is rather small but was sufficient. We also used the onsite coin laundry facilities which were a welcome addition to our week long stay.

This hotel had everything going for it to be a 5-star rating. Unfortunately, they do not tell you till you check-in that the AC is not working due to the cold weather outside so they advised to open the window to let the cold air in but this also brings in the mosquitos The room is nice, the bathroom is incredible, service top-notch.....AC not on during the winters are horrible for a guy like me
