The front desk staff provided great service, and I really enjoyed the thoughtful little touches, including the complimentary Yonaki Soba (late-night noodles). I was especially pleasantly surprised by how delicious the welcome grape juice was. Although it is a bit of a walk from the JR station, it is definitely a hotel I would recommend."

I saw someone share photos of this Onsen on instagram and had to see if they had rooms available. I’m so glad I did! The property is stunning, the staff are incredibly warm and kind, and the food was exceptional. I got a room with a balcony over the fish pond and a private bath and I enjoyed every second of my stay. I will absolutely come back the next time I am in Japan.
