「I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. The desk attendant was on the phone with another person who was very loudly saying that it wasn't their problem, it was mine. So incredibly rude and uncalled for in a hospitality industry. We were told we had 30 minutes to...
