「Pool was nice」

「Easy stay for our family - the hotel is a little tired and it was surprising having powdered eggs at breakfast! But overall it was super and we would definitely return!」

「Staff was well-trained, professional, and caring. Spa was top-notch. Grounds were beautiful. Condo was roomy. Well done.」

「Couldn’t ask for a better view. We had room service breakfast on the balcony and it was lovely. Room was very modern, clean, and beachy. Fit 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably. Walk to the beach was steps. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating. 4 stars for the staff overall- only because the restaurant made an error with our dinner reservation and I didn’t feel it was remedied. 」

「La habitacion que habia reservado con vista al golfo no me la dieron. Me dieron una con vista a un parking y tres palmeras. Me reuse, me cambiaron a otra. El pasillo por las noches es un asco, lleno de platos sucios que la gente saca de sus habitaciones. El balcon estaba sucio con un limpiador de dientes. Y la cafetera de mi habitacion no funcionaba. Tuve que pedir que la cambien por otra. Paque una fortuna por un servicio que no recibi. 」
