「Halls smelled really bad of dog. Laundry machines were not available. The hot tub was broken. The heated pool was not working. We mentioned the smell to the hotel staff 4-5 times, but they never did anything about it. They were renovating the downstairs and the main rooms. So it was a mess everywhere.」

「The beds were good, the bathroom had roaches in it」

「Clean room, great breakfast, good amenities」

「The room was clean and spacious. The whole hotel was really nice. Breakfast had lots of variety and hot food. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will stay at this hotel when we visit Florida again.」

「Booked a room. The room had a broken blind that wouldnt close, fine. Switched rooms. New room (#4) has huge gap in the door when closed allowing any bugs, sound, and light to come thru. Fixed the broken blind in original room and moved me back there again. The staff at the motel was fine and nice people. The check in process is absolutely terrible!!! using a virtual kiosk desk to talk to someone in India. It took me well over an hour to actually get checked in, including waiting for the room...

「This is the second time that we stayed here. Great value and close to EVERYTHING!」

「The rooms are nice and spacious very clean will stay every trip」
