「Room is cleaned and well kept. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. We have a pleasant stay. No kitchen is ready to serve customers. Food has to get from shops nearby from afternoon onwards. Shops mostly close in morning. 」

"Overall it’s a good hotel. However it’s not comparable with 5 stars hotel service. The breakfast is not attractive at all, there is a few chairs at the pool,, the gym is old and not well maintained. The most of staff is friendly. The pool staff is not at the pool, the guest cannot ask the towels. Tthe pool bar staff said he is bot pool staff and he does not know anything about the pool. Need a phone to reception or pool staff."
