Place was very clean, free breakfast was plus, and a great price compared to the competition in the area.

A great place to stay! Very clean. GREAT staff. Kids loved the pool. The breakfast was surprisingly good. A big step up from the typical hotel breakfast fare. Definitely recommend.

I love the patio outside. Its beautiful and the area is clean. The swimming pool is small but perfect for a family to all get in. Since the virus i love that its never crowded in the pool.

It was very clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff.

Honestly I started enjoying my experience from the start when I was greeted by Jake at the front desk. He was so welcoming and told me about everything the hotel had to offer. He was quick and efficient with the check-in which was wonderful after the long drive into town. Keep up the great work!

Seriously, this hotel was so perfect that the hotel we stayed at during the second part of our recent Labor Day trip to Michigan just didn't compare!! We wanted so badly to drive back to Novi and stay there, but we had already (apparently) pre-paid for the second hotel (which was horrible). We were so bummed! Front desk staff was helpful, cheerful and very efficient. Our room was clean and the design update was very modern and sleek. The pool area was clean and so was the fitness center. The breakfast was more than average, included hard boiled eggs and oatmeal with fixings among the usual items like make your own waffles, assorted pastries, and cereal. Coffee was hot and tasty too. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel!

We arrived at 11am and they let us check in WOW that was amazing. The staff was very Friendly and Professional. We ordered room service and when it came the order was really messed up.We called and they not only fixed the error but threw in a free desert and had it there in 15 minutes with 2 hot meals. The place was very quite and peaceful.Great location to everything.A full size fridge which was great and we cooked in the room. We will definitely be making this our go to place from now on.

Its in a great location.

Welcoming registration at front desk; clean, quiet room; comfortable dining room with delicious breakfast and great coffee! Enjoyed Christmas Eve and Christmas night, well rested for our hour drive home.

Every thing was great. We liked the food and pool and the big room.

This is a newer hotel that is clean, comfortable and modern. Easy free parking, nice employees and a beautiful wide view of trees from our room. Coffee offerings in the lobby. Great place to stay for the price.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was average. They allow pets and i have bad allergies, they helped me to get a room that might help but not sure if it did.

Our stay was perfect. The resort is beautiful. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a wonderful experience. Great spacious rooms with large bathroom and showers. Desk for work was perfect. Many USB ports and extremely clean.
