Family Lake House Steps from Rec 1 with Beach and Lake Access

"This is definitely a five star value. Brad is a great host and extremely attentive to the check-in process and to anything that you might need during your stay. They put a lot of effort and love into the decor of this home. The location is perfect with very close proximity to the Pickleball courts, basketball court, lake water, and boat launch. The artificial grass in the backyard is wonderful for the kids. The house was well equipped, including pickleball paddles and bocce balls.While it may not be an issue for some, the upstairs loft does not have a wall or door which limits the amount of privacy for whomever is upstairs. If kids, then probably not a problem. My wife and I were joined by our daughter, her husband and kids. Needless to say the noise from early risers travels well to the upstairs loft where my wife and I were sleeping.Again, this is a wonderful home and a great value. Strongly recommend."

"The house was so cute and wonderfully clean. The beds were particularly comfortable! Every room perfectly stocked with necessary details. We also loved the quiet location but still close to town. The babbling creek sound was also nice!"

"This property worked out super for our group while we were on an adventure in the area. Everyone was able to have their own bedrooms, just 2 bedrooms needed to walk through another so privacy was limited for those guests. The beds were super comfy and everything was there for us to use for our temporary "home away from home". The town of Quincy is super special, and we enjoyed our stay there."

"Great location near water and in a comfortable community. Host was very responsive. Main home was comfortable for 10 adults. There were a few deferred maintenance items needing attention, but they were not significant enough to negatively affect our stay. Overall a pleasant vacation and we would likely book again."

"Our stay at the cabin was just perfect. It is just as pictured in the listing and even cozier when you’re actually in it. Check in couldn’t have been easier and Svetlana was easy to communicate with. The construction on the main road is on-going but we could barely hear it and coming and going wasn’t too bad since we weren’t in a rush to do much of anything but relax. It really was a peaceful and relaxing stay and my husband and I hope to come back."
