" Perfect Family Getaway in Pratville!We just returned from an unforgettable family vacation at a beautiful cabin in Pratville, Lake Almanor—and we can’t stop raving about it! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and so thoughtfully decorated. It had plenty of space to spread out, yet still felt warm and inviting.Everything we could possibly need was provided—from a fully stocked kitchen to well-appointed bathrooms and comfy bedrooms. There were tons of games and puzzles for quality family time, and two gorgeous decks where we spent hours relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying great conversation.The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the charming local diner (delicious!) and a private beach, where we spent a lively afternoon with our beach chairs by the lake.It truly was the perfect family vacation. We’re already planning our return next year and recommend this cabin wholeheartedly—5 stars all the way!Nancy Marie"

"Check in was easy but the door lock didn’t work. Called the owner and he said someone would be out in am. We just kept it unlocked because waiting for someone to show up interfered with our plans. Door hinges were broken. Sheets seemed dirty. Bugs all over the bathroom. They said there was a workout room but it was a room full of dust and tools. "

"We had the most wonderful vacation in Lake Almanor Country Club. There is nothing better than being at the lake. Connie and Jerry were wonderful to communicate with. Their home was the best place we have stayed at on the lake. We watched a bald eagle, deer and the nightly bat show all from the amazing deck. We didn’t want to leave. Truly a special place. "
