"The location is nice (about a 30 minute winding road drive from Karuizawa station), but the building is a bit on the older side. Dogs are allowed, and the walls are a bit thin, so when someone walks by outside or the (quite loud) AC unit switches on, expect to hear barking no matter what time it is. The beds are also quite old and not particularly comfortable. "

"草津温泉の中にあって、リーズナブルな価格、花と植物できれいに飾られた食堂、別荘地ならではの、静かな環境が評価できる点。温泉も綿の湯を引いているということで、刺激が少なく優しい泉質である。トイレが外にある。"

"朝食のパンはとっても美味しかったのですが シンプルなクロワッサンとかも 欲しかった。 トリプルルームには もう一つタオル掛けが欲しかったです。3人でひとつだったので使ったタオル干すのに少し困りました。 お掃除はとてもよく行き届いていてとても気持ちよく過ごせました。"

"旅館は和風で設備が良かったです。 風呂場には髭剃りや乳液なども揃っており助かりました。 湯畑草庵から少し歩きますがバスなどもあるのでそんなに苦ではないです 送迎バスも出ており、何より店主が良い人で楽しい旅行になりました。"

"旅行前からいろいろな質問に対してとても親切に対応頂きました。 実際に宿泊した際も自由な子供たちに温かく接してくださりありがたかったです。 夕飯・朝食ともお願いしましたが大変おいしくて満足の量で、子供たちの分は取り分けでお願いしてたので足りなくなるかな？と思いましたが余裕で、大人も満腹でした。 また軽井沢へ行くときはまたお邪魔したいと思います。"

"The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people. "
