「We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. The location is also great for many activities like going to a Luau, kayaking to Secret Falls, and is also walking distance to the Coconut Market Place. 「This property was great for us. We really appreciated the beautiful sunrises every morning and being able to sit on the lanai or walk on the beautiful beach. The location in Kapa’a was so convenient to groceries, and stores and some really excellent restaurants. 「The condo was in the most perfect location. Pool is right out the front door and the ocean out the back. When we checked in and noticed the TV was broken. There was a new one had arrived within a couple hours. I would have liked to see some coffee in the cupboard.」

「Owner is high maintenance regarding requests for the unit with relatively low hospitality. The unit had dirty floors and when contacted, he was primarily dismissive. Other areas of the unit were clean. Would recommend bringing shoes to wear around the unit, as also suggested by the owner when we contacted them.
