We were so happy with our stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They made us feel special right away. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning views of Lake Ashi. It's the perfect spot to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our trip was the private open-air bath. It was so relaxing, and we had a great time soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. The temperature was perfect—not too hot—so we could really take our time and enjoy it. It was exactly what we needed to feel refreshed. Overall, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful and memorable time. We'll definitely be back!"

"The room was spacious (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) and clean. The beds were big but a tiny bit hard. The breakfast buffet was excellent with extensive choices both Japanese and enough western food options for our picky family :). I enjoyed the Onsen a few times and the location was perfect, just a 3 minute walk from Gora Station with direct access to the Hokane-Tozan railway and Cable Car (to ropeway). I would recommend this to all my friends visiting this area in the future. "
