"Nice and tidy. A bit distant from the center but located in a safe and quite area which I have no issues with. Host is very friendly and speaks perfect English! The butter toasts for breakfast are really crispy and fluffy, which is a great surprise."

"The bed was hard and the AC in the room wasn't working, but the customer service was exceptional. I picked the tower view and it did not disappoint. From the moment we arrived and throughout our whole stay the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is also perfect because it is close to the shops without it being overwhelmingly busy. A bonus was that the limousine bus for the airport stops in front of the hotel."
