「Stayed in room 1 which was clean, spacious, and well appointed. It’s quiet when the other guests are considerate and follow the rules which includes no shoes in the house beyond the foyer. Beautiful ocean view from the lanai upstairs. Host was easy to contact and talk to and give good instructions for easy check-in. 「The property is well laid out, clean, quiet, and safe, away from the bustle and noise of Kahului. Why not 5 stars? We arrived late at night after a long flight from the mainland. Our assigned room had been programmed with the correct door code, but it was not ready for occupancy; it had not been cleaned or “turned over” from the previous renter. 「The view from the deck was amazing. You can see down to the water in one direction and to the top of the mountain in the other. Our primary goal on this visit was to go to the National Park and this property was well located for that. It was also very quiet and the hosts are super nice.」

「Great location near Paia shops and short walk to Mama's Fish House, & beach. Enjoyed our stay at Kuau Plaza. The condo was just as described and pictured. Nicely furnished & decorated. Comfy bed, everything you could need in the kitchen, nice bathroom...all looked brand new! Although right next to the road, we barely heard the traffic. We would stay here again.」
