We enjoyed our stay at Aloha, though the toilet has been leaking and water pressure from shower is not sufficient, the hotel is very accessible and walkable to a lot of restaurants and beach. Staff were super courteous and helpful too!

Great location, good for the price. It can be a bit loud due to the location and the windows don't shut properly to reflect the noise, but still worth it in my opinion. Staff was helpful. There is a daily fee but realize that they offer extras like a DVD rental kiosk and beach towels.

Staff and location was great. Air conditioning could use a refresh as it wasn’t very cool in the room especially at a muggy time of year. Desk staff were very helpful. They stored out luggage on arrival and on departure no problem as we arrived early from a cruise ship and then had a late flight out.

Staff was amazing and super friendly helpful. Felt super welcomed, loved the rental movie card and the use of beach towels they offered. I also loved the ice and water they had for guest to get if needed. Room conditioner didn’t work in the beginning but ended up working throughout the stay. Nice and close walk to the beach. Found a big roach in the bathroom and black bug in room overall 8-10 stay. Recommend

We have been travelling to Honolulu to visit family for about 4 years now and always stay here, it’s just what we need. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating, the hotel is always well maintained as well. It feels like a home away from home. They offer laundry services, even dvd rentals for in room movie nights

Booked this room for one night because we extended our trip. It was a big change from an outrigger but for once night great for the price. Ac didn’t work that great but we slept with the window and sliding door open it was actually pleasant. The hotel is older so don’t expect luxury but if youre on a budget and wanting somewhere clean with great staff and close to Waikiki strip I would recommend.

Need some renovation job. Some staffs are fantastic, may be only one was grumpy . No airport shuttle . AC works perfect . Fridge was broken , they replaced it with a new one , tats why I’m putting a 5 star review. Location is perfect for going to beach, take bus, shopping, food truck and for anything else.

I thought the pictures on the ad for the room did not reflect what actually was. The room was clean but certainly not up to date. The furnishings also dated. Just Ok by other standards of competing hotels. The main point is that the hotel is located in good spot. Offering a slight walk gets you to the down town area restaurants and shopping stores. So I would say convenient.

The staff was all very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The room was great and the AC was super nice. There is an extra daily fee you pay upon arrival. Location is great and walkable to the beach, shops, and restaurants! I would recommend!!

When we inquired about a room upgrade, our request was met! We were also advised that the upgraded room would be available by 3pm which is the normal check in time as per their check in policy however, we were advised to call front desk to get an updated status on when the room may be available. Well we were appreciative that when we called to see if the room was ready at 1pm, we were told that the room was indeed ready and that they will assist with retrieving our belongings that they held for us after checking out of our previous room.
