The corner suite was ideal as we had a large patio on the first floor. The backyard setting was beautiful as we sipped our morning beverage outside. The private onsen was perfect as we looked out onto the greenery. The staff was outstanding from the time of check in to check out. Both the dinners and breakfast (we stayed two nights) were outstanding, and we enjoyed every bite. The town itself is small and outside of some hiking, there isn't much to do. But if you're looking for a true get away...

Stayed 2 days with a friend. Food was outstanding but two days food quantity was different. First day was way more than the second day, but I enjoyed so much both days. The room was so nice and enjoyed every moment of it. When we consumed beer in the room I asked to refill and it happened in 20seconds. I love to revisit the place.

Amazing ryokan style hotel, highly recommended. The omakase dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Surpassed our expectations with the hotel and the surrounding area. Beautiful place with lots of outdoor activities depending on the season. We visited during November and it was the most beautiful place we seen in Hokkaido, including the drive into and out of it. This place would be our top priority when we visit Hokkaido again.

Very happy with the hotel facilities and breakfast, dinner buffet.
Have tried 2 other onsen bath hotels in Japan, this is the best. Definitely recommend to anyone wants to try a traditional Japanese hot springs (onsen).
