The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were available at the front desk or via phone. The room was very clean and sanitary with fresh sheets and towels. The in-room washer and dryer combo was very very useful! And the air purifier helped keep the space clean after nights out in restaurants or smokey rooms. We did two non consecutive nights (Sunday and the following Friday) at the Kieo Plaza Hotel as a means for getting to/from the airport (CTS), while on a ski trip. We were skiing (and staying) at Niseko village for the week. The Kieo Plaza Hotel worked out perfectly. We took the city bus from/to CTS, and combined that with a Hokkaido resort bus to get to/from Niseko. The onsen really helped with our sleep after walking around all day. Breakfast style is authentic Japanese and we’re very happy we got to enjoy it during our stay.

Ideal location if you using the JR trains.

The room was very spacious. Our room had a living space area with sofa and coffee table. The kitchenette had a microwave, kettle, induction stove, and fridge. Tableware, pots/pans, utensils and dish soap + sponge were included. The bathroom also had a washer. We liked that the sink, toilet, and bathing area were all separated.

Spent 2 nights here on a side quest from Tokyo before heading back to the US. Location was great. Maybe 5 min walk from the station. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff. Room was considerably smaller than our room in Shibuya, but it was 1/5 the price. Clean and in good shape. Only big downside was lack of pillows and a very hard mattress. Could not figure out the AC - never seemed to blow cold even after deciding the instructions. Thankfully it's 0° in mid March, and they have a nice...

Location is perfect. And having a book store downstairs makes it even better. Will definitely come back here next time I'm in Sapporo again.

Budget friendly in a great location. small rooms, like most of Japan but very comfortable and nice little amenities. Friendly service, I’d stay here again
