「The booking was accidentally made twice and when I checked in I mentioned to DEV (a very nice employee at the desk) that I was due a refund. He said he knew about the error and had fixed the problem, that a refund would be issued. I’m still due a refund. What phone number should I call for help?」

「周辺にスーパーマーケットやレストランが多く、海辺なので、環境は良いが、フロントの近くの部屋だったせいか、夜中フロントでの大きな声での会話がうるさかった。」

「It was a good stay, very quiet not a lot of traffic. Just wish the room was a little bigger and had somewhere to hang up clothes and an ironing board, my clothes had to stay in my suitcase the entire trip.」

「JFKのターミナル2からだとタクシーで15ドル。タクシー乗り場で住所をみせたら10分ほどで着きました。こじんまりしたホテルで、フロントの対応は親切です。部屋はシンプルでとても清潔で、快適でした！廊下の声は聞こえますが、朝になってからだったので特に気になりませんでした。部屋は地下だったので、湿気がどうかな？と思いましたがまったく大丈夫、バスルームの換気もとてもよいです。無料の朝食も満足。コストパフォーマンス含めてトランジットには十分快適なホテルです。空港に行く時は、シャトルサービスをお願いしました。」

"I stayed there with my family arriving from Paris and catching flight to Tokyo the following day. After claiming our baggage, we went to the AirTrain Federal Circle station, where all the hotel shuttles arrive. No Hyatt shuttle came. We called the hotel to find out that they don't provide airport shuttle service and the best way to get there is to use ride share. We were surprised to hear that as it is an airport hotel (as the name suggests) and Expedia booking site says free shuttle. It is very misleading. We ended up paying $80 for round trip between hotel and JFK. Hotel and our room were comfortable and clean. We especially liked the gym. But our experience would have been better if we had known there is no airport shuttle service. "

"MLB 観戦のために２泊しました。部屋は清潔で、ホテルのスタッフも親切で、一人旅で利用しましたが、満足しました。部屋の入室は、暗証番号でロック解除をするタイプです。地下鉄やLIRR駅まで、徒歩10分、球場まで徒歩15分程度で、便利な場所にあります。"

"空港から、そして空港までの送迎があったので非常に便利だった。ベッドも寝やすく、ポットボトルの水も2本付いていた。また、私の場合は一度出国して、３日後に再入国して１泊して帰国する際に使用したのだが、３日間荷物を預かっていてくれたので非常に便利であった。（出国する時に、ホテルに荷物を持って行って預けてからホテルの送迎バスでJFKに送って頂いた）1階には、コーヒーや水のサービスもありいつでも飲める状態であったのもプラスポイント。朝食は、まあまあではあった。２つ程言うならば、周りは人通りの非常に少ない住宅街で、一番近い店まで歩いて10分弱掛かった事と、セーフティーボックスが無かったので店まで歩くまで貴重品を持って歩くかホテルに置いておくか判断しなければいけなかった事であろうか。ホテルにはBARがあったが、何か食事をとなるならデリバリーのピザ等以外の場合は少し面倒かもしれない。"
