"Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Shelly and Michael at the Front Desk were especially kind. Scott the bartender and Catherine our breakfast server were both very nice and customer-focused. Location is perfect -- in the heart of downtown Newport and on the harbor! Nice view from our room. Parking was easy and reasonable."

"Liked the room but could hear other guests next door. Sound insulation poor. On Expedia it was stated that an English breakfast was included. We were surprised to see only choices were cold cereal or bagels. Also there was no place to sit down for breakfast. Desk person suggested eating in our room. Hard to carry everything to the room and there was only one chair in the room making it difficult. Good location."

"Good value for the money. Room was clean and neat although a bit cold. Decent continental breakfast and grateful for the availability of tea/coffee all day. I fell and was hurt, and staff were very kind and helpful. Room was a little cold and walls are very thin, but otherwise, would recommend."
