「Check in was a breeze since I did pre-check in. I also like that when you do pre-check in, you can pick what floor you want to be on. The room was spotless and the view of the ocean (which we didn't know we were getting) was beautiful. The staff throughout the Ocean were super friendly. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from. We went to Bang Zhen and the food was amazing. We went to see a show at the Ocean. While the event itself was great, the Ovation Hall was not the most comfortable....

「オーシャンビュールームを予約したが、チェックイン時にunavailableと言われた。予約履歴を見せたところ一旦オフィスに戻り帰って来て手配してくれたが、部屋に入ったところフルオーシャンビューからパーシャルオーシャンビューになっていた。疲れていたのでそれ以上の交渉は諦めた。」

「This is a fabulous location! The beds are super comfortable and the entire unit with the gorgeous view was very well appointed. The staff couldn't be nicer or mor accomodating! Eve and Julia at the front desk were so helpful and accomodating. We will definitely be back for another stay at this excellent property. Thank you for a great stay!!」
