"The room was clean and our housekeeper Abra was amazing. She was always helpful and had such an amazing spirit. All hotel staff that we encountered showed excellent service. "I stayed in a Jr. Suite in the Ocean tower, the room was very large, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, the furniture was very dated, the 42 inch TV needs to be upgraded since the room is so large. The 9th fl view is the roof of another building and some of the ocean, also the carpet is old."
