「Rules of use swimming pool are horrible. You check in at 4PM and pool get close at 5 pm. NO time to enjoy it at all. My step son wasn't allowed to swim because he is 18 years old and pool bar serving alcoholic beverages ( you have to be 21). That means leave your kids in the room and enjoy the swimming pool without them 😒... We booked this resort specifically for the joy of swimming ( we are not gamblers) and it was total despondent ! .. Room was nice, spacious and clean but happy mood was...

「Front desk receptionist are very unprofessional. Both employees had their heads down in phone as I walked up to front desk. I stood there for a minute until some one greeted me. Then when I was greeted it was pleasant or with a smile. One was not in uniform. I wasn’t told about all the fees just partial so I was worried about the other charges that I seen on my account. The last two times I have been there the customer service has been getting worse.」
