「Some of the rooms in certain towers are a bit outdated and could use some renovations, similar to those done in other rooms. The room itself was decent, but the housekeeping could have done a better job. There were shoe prints on the bathroom floor and coffee rings on the table. We also had a handicap-accessible bathroom, but the shower drain was clogged, causing water to backflow into the bathroom and the room entrance. 「The king size not smoking room at Atrium Inn was very clean spacious,, quiet, safe and comfortable. It was very close to good restaurants and the Atlantic City airport. The personnel.was very helpful.and kind. The room had a refrigerator and everything was working well. Good service at an affordable price. 」

「We had a suite on the 39th floor. Loved the view and the room was spacious. My family and I loved it. The only thing that would’ve made the suite better was a bigger closet, but like I said it was beautiful 」

「The property is very worn and showing signs of serious wear and tear. The front desk staff was functional and robotic, not friendly. The bed was comfortable enough. There was an open soap in the shower with a small hair in it sitting on top of a sealed soap. It was just not a comforting environment. 」

Upon taking a shower, we let the water run for about 10 minutes the water never got hot it stayed warm. when checking out they charged us more money than anticipated, because we booked with Expedia and they mentioned that if we booked ahead, we would not pay anything at the hotel.
