「There was no hair dryer in my room, and even after calling the front desk three times, they just told me to check with another desk. In the end, no one brought it to me. Is it even possible for a hotel nowadays to not have a hair dryer or fail to deliver one? I am very disappointed.」

「Room was very spacious, comfortable, and cleaned, very well, daily. We had the perfect view overlooking Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell area. We visited the Red Owl Tavern twice for drinks, coffee, and grabbed an appetizer to rest our feet and enjoyed their crab dip. Great service and beers were cold! If I had to change one thing it would be to make the bathroom brighter. Applying makeup was a challenge. Lastly, hotel was in a great location.」
