"I booked this hotel because it was summer and I wanted to use the hotel pool during my stat. U come to find out that they charge a ridiculous amount of money just to get a seat at the pool! This should be an amenity that is available to all paying guests. I was highly disappointed! When I booked the hotel there was no mention of the cost for using the pool. Why did I pay a resort fee if I wasn't allowed to use the pool?! The booking website should include this information so that there are no surprises later!"
