The window I was supposed to have a view through was covered in dirt and fingerprints, and it got even dirtier by the time I saw it in the bathroom. It was disgusting. I dialed 0 and asked housekeeping to clean the shower, but the lady who answered the phone was rude and never sent anyone. "

"Front desk receptionist are very unprofessional. Both employees had their heads down in phone as I walked up to front desk. I stood there for a minute until some one greeted me. Then when I was greeted it was pleasant or with a smile. One was not in uniform. I wasn’t told about all the fees just partial so I was worried about the other charges that I seen on my account. The last two times I have been there the customer service has been getting worse."

"The room was beautiful and had a great view of the city. However, if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place to stay. The hallway was noisy before 5am in the morning. I knew this was a casino hotel but I was not expecting to be awaken to extreme noise in the hallway."
