"I changed the room after the first night to get a view of the ocean. We were in the bayview king luxury room type and both rooms were clean and pleasant looking. Towels, sheets were clean and neat. The check in staff Ali & Erica were rude but John & Harmza were helpful. Staff at the amenities especially the pool were great. Fun at the pool and jacuzzi. Nice gym we worked out abit too. Nice casino, shops and bars. Try cognac pina colada. Didn't go with kids, think they have some kids arcade and another pool "family pool"that could be kid-friendly."

"We did not spend the night. They had an outdoor band perform in the yard which is in their court yard that is surrounded by their hotel rooms. Despite being on the seventh floor the band was so loud the walls of our room were shaking. It was 11:40pm and we wanted to go to sleep. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it and the band was going to play until 1:00am. So we packed up and drove home in the middle of the night. Bally’s management said the only way I could get my money back was if Expedia reimbursed me. So because of this horrible experience. I will never stay at Ballys again and I will never use Expedia again!!!"

"Everything looked over worn. The rooms need to be renovated. The bed and pillows were comfortable. No security personnel before taking the elevators to the rooms. Upon taking a shower, we let the water run for about 10 minutes the water never got hot it stayed warm. when checking out they charged us more money than anticipated, because we booked with Expedia and they mentioned that if we booked ahead, we would not pay anything at the hotel. In other words, everything would be covered. When we checked out, they charged us an additional $45.00. I went to the check-out desk to dispute the charges the representative indicated that we did not read the fine print. Therefore, we had to pay that amount. It was unfair, because I read everything before making the reservation and we still had to pay the charges. "
