"Stayed 3 nights with young teenage son and adult daughter. Location was great. Older building that had been updated. Could use another small refresh. Bathroom was really small. But again it’s an older building so understandable. Pool area and courtyard was great for relaxing. Room was comfortable and cozy bedding. Area was great. Close to Bourban street and restaurants but without the chaos and noise. Loved that valet parking was secure. Would stay again."

"Great location. We loved our stay here. The staff were friendly and the hotel is huge. Definitely made it easy seeing the hotel sign when we were walking around. Knowing how far we had to walk to be back in our rooms. Definitely could have used a microwave in the room, but there is one on some random floor. The pool was great. They have a great gym attached to it. Definitely recommend the hotel."

"The best part is the location of the AC Marriot but the front desk were not very helpful at times. Our rain shower did not work and they were slow to respond plus it did not work well after the maintenance person came. It was also very loud at night you could hear people partying and arguing in the hallway. I will not stay here again paid too much for yhe service I received."

"I really liked the Royal Sonesta. Check in was smooth, rooms were clean, grounds were beautiful. Check out was quick and they will even store your luggage for you if you’re not ready to head to the airport. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely go back."

"Several things: The room needed: an overhead fan, more lighting in the bathroom, the ability to set the room temperature to a desired temperature (i.e., one could not lower the temperature for it was set). My wife and I were hot most of the nights. We wanted more Keurigs canisters for coffee, this for our morning coffee and even left a note for housekeeping (w/ a $5 tip), asking for more and obviously not one could read English, so no additional coffee for us. The breakfast was outstanding and service by Brandon was excellent. The location was perfect and nice in the middle of the French Quarter."
