Fantastic location in french quarter yet quiet. Every staff person extended gracious hospitality and they were proactively helpful (eg offered to arrange a car to the airport). Very charming property. I would definitely stay here again

Elaine, Brian and Jennifer were super accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to help us with anything we needed. The cleaning team was also extremely friendly and went over thr top for us when we needed them. We were a group of 12 for a 60th bday party and the feeling was mutual from our entire group.

Great location on a quieter side street! However being on the street level floor facing the street, we had bright streetlights and wern’t able to open our shade because people on the street could look right in. The staff was so nice at the front desk! Beautiful courtyard and pool but we couldn’t find pool towels by the pool. The location is hard to beat. Would’ve loved a 2nd story room with a balcony.

The staff was awesome and so friendly! The location was PERFECT! Close enough to the action without being in the action at night so you can sleep :) Centrally located so the perfect kickoff point to hit Bourbon or go to Cafe Dumond all within a few min walk. The staff was amazing! We had called the hotel to request a luggage drop as we were getting in much earlier than check in time, and they were happy to accommodate. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. The only recommendation I would make is to request a room in the interior of the courtyard. Our room was directly adjacent to the street on the ground floor, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. Aside from that, the hotel and staff were fantastic!

Right in the heart of the French Quarters yet quiet and peaceful when in our room. This hotel is older but quaint very near to shopping, bars, clubs and within walking distance of just about anywhere you want to go in or near the French Quarters. Wished there was a microwave and efrigerator in the room though.
