The hotel was clean, safe, and the staff was, friendly, very professional, and knowledgeable. The floors needed to be cleaner. The room was comfortable and quiet for how close it is to the clubs and noise on Burbon Street. They owner need to place some hooks on the walls so the guests could hang a hat or a damp piece of clothing. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was serviced every day.

Old Historic Mansion converted to a hotel. Courtyard with pool is beautiful. Location is perfect. Right next to the French Market and the River. Close enough to (but also far enough away from) the zany Bourbon Street happenings. Get an upgraded room for a few $ more for a much better experience. Have fun!

Great location on a quieter side street! However being on the street level floor facing the street, we had bright streetlights and wern’t able to open our shade because people on the street could look right in. The staff was so nice at the front desk! Beautiful courtyard and pool but we couldn’t find pool towels by the pool. The location is hard to beat. Would’ve loved a 2nd story room with a balcony.

The staff was amazing! We had called the hotel to request a luggage drop as we were getting in much earlier than check in time, and they were happy to accommodate. Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. The only recommendation I would make is to request a room in the interior of the courtyard. Our room was directly adjacent to the street on the ground floor, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep. Aside from that, the hotel and staff were fantastic!

Elaine, Brian and Jennifer were super accommodating and seemed genuinely happy to help us with anything we needed. The cleaning team was also extremely friendly and went over thr top for us when we needed them. We were a group of 12 for a 60th bday party and the feeling was mutual from our entire group.
