We LOVED this hotel. The location is fabulous, close to the French quarter but far enough to be in a quiet area. The room was spectacular, amenities were incredible. The restaurant had great bites, rooftop bar had great cocktails. One of the highlights of our stay however was the gentleman working the coffee bar! He was funny, personable and hospitable, honestly made us laugh and have fun together with our morning pastry. Highly recommend this hotel!

The lounge was fun for happy hour and the drink selection was enjoyable...The only complaint I have is that I forgot my phone charger & cable in the room when I checked out. I called when I got home and was directed to Housekeeping Lost & Found. They never even returned my call. Very disappointed. If they have such a service, it needs to be better managed.
