「I booked this room because I’m currently on a weight loss journey, and my entire body was sore. I specifically wanted to use the hot tub for healing and rejuvenation purposes, only to find out that it closes at 9 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t arrive until 9, so I was unable to use it. Since the hot tub was the main reason I reserved the room in the first place, I feel I’m entitled to some type of refund or compensation due to not being able to access the amenity that influenced my booking...

「Unfortunately the small fridge did not work properly and we had to throw away all of our food. The TV did not work properly either with no guide on it. My sisters room had all sorts of stains on the carpet along with stains on her towels. I will say the staff was absolutely fantastic and friendly. None of these things were in their control. 」

「Site was clean and staff were nice. It’s on the side of the highway but it’s quiet and calm and easy to find and park. Lots of amenities close. 」

「This hotel room stink, the bathroom needs a little upgrade and the room as well. The carpet had stains. It was very uncomfortable that I had to cancel the next night and find a cleaner hotel in Clinton.」

「One of, if not, the cleanest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. We book our stay at this hotel every time we visit the area to see concerts at Brandon Amphitheater. Very nice staff is another huge plus! The hotel is near a lot of restaurants and shopping as well. 」
