When we got there internet was down we drove 10hours and they staff was rude about Expedia itenary stating they can’t help. Had to check into another room at a different hotel

We did not stay after we saw a handwritten sign "Rooms Hourly Rates" in the lobby window. Expedia vouched for them!!! & won't get our money back.... terrible experience!

Showed up at the property at 10:45 pm they had the office sign said open but no one was there I couldn't check in and waited for 30 minutes I called them at the main office number heard the phone ringing inside the office behind locked doors I emailed Expedia no response from nobody so I had to go get another motel very dissatisfied demand a refund thank you

STAY AWAY YOUR LIFE MAY DEPEND ON IT.

ITS DANGEROUS, gansters crowd the parking lot. Looking at a white boy like im about to die. Drugs clearly being used while they look at you, like what you gonna do about it, clerk methed out her mind cant even function properly. Room dont even have real locks on them, rooms stained everywhere from god knows what substances, flies everywhere, roaches all in the beds, dont even drive over their for you sake.

Horrendous

Absolutely horrible! We arrive to check in and no one is there. We were told they were out buying toilet paper. We return 30 minutes later and he's pulling up with the toilet paper. He told us Hotels.com didn't work with them but gave us a better price. He couldn't find the key to the original room he wanted to give us so we accepted a room with no tv. First key didn't work but second one did. Room was shabby at best. Torn window shades so had to put a towel up so no one could see in. Plaster peeling of walls and nasty carpet but the kicker was we couldn't get the air conditioner to work. The manager(only one who works there) came and brought us a box fan and supposedly fixed the air. We headed out for a couple of hours and when we returned the room was hotter than hell. Called manager and was told he could move us to the backside of the hotel but he wouldn't recommend it because it was "rough" back there and we might not be safe. We asked for a refund and decided to leave so hopefully we will get the refund. DON'T STAY HERE.
