「Rhonda checked us in and she was great. But the woman who was working at that same time should go thru her customer service training again! We arrived 1/2 an hour before check I , and instead of nicely explaining that she was unable to check us in early, she was rude, dismissive and snarky - and it was very much NOT appreciated. 「For a quick off highway stop a safe area, I had my kids and pets. Pet friendly hotels can be iffy. This was great! Customer fron desk service excellent many restaurants around to choose from. To my surprise shopping too!」

「Be bugs, ash in the corners of the room. Carpets were sticky and stains still on my blanket. Elevator takes too long and the water pressure is terrible. Don't stay here unless you like trap house environment. I kept to myself but wouldnt stay here again unless my life depended on it. 2/10 because the staff was nice. There was also 2 days where the keys didnt work for no one so I just left my door open. Nothing was stolen while I was at work for 12 hours but I only had clothes in my suit cases so...

「I stay for 6 days. Everyday my key deactivated which caused me to have to go to the front desk to correct the issue. I don’t understand why the $100 security deposit wasn’t mentioned when booking also if you don’t stay for 14 days or more you want get new bed sheets.Towels were an issue as well, never had any ready upon request and you had to give the staff back the soiled towels before they would give you new ones. To top it off the pool wasn’t even open even closed. I was so ready to check out...
