バグシラー ホテル

「アーリーチェックインを頼んでいたのに、掃除の都合と称して約2時間もロビーに待たせました。他の客さんも待たされてましたが、サービスは良くありませんでした。」

「Need to take a taxi to tourist attractions, which is time consuming due to traffic jams. 」

「I stayed at **The Superior Living Batışehir** for 20 days, and overall I had a very pleasant experience. What I loved most were the spacious apartments, the comfortable beds, and the spotless, fresh bedding. The rooms are well designed and make you feel at home, which is especially important during a long stay. Of course, there were a few downsides. The main one was the restaurant service. It seemed to me that the staff there could be better motivated, as the level of service was inconsistent....

「The Hotel is a nice place to stay, not much around there, but a 15 minute walk takes you to a main st ,which has a couple of restaurants with Turkish food, about 30$ aud for 2 of us being conservative.」

「Great」

The provided remote did not match the AC unit, so every time we needed it turned on, we had to call reception or manually reach the button on the ceiling. The Gym was okay they provided towel but the pool was not supervised and kids were eating inside the pool. Housekeeping was equally disappointing: despite asking repeatedly, our bed sheets were not changed once throughout our six-day stay. The room...

「The phone doesn’t work in the room and there is no table to read or write or to ear, the fridge is empty」

「The room was excellent clean , very friendly and helpful staff. The person at the reception when we checked in at 3 am in the morning was really helpful . It was great experience overall.」

「Thanks yoy very much, excellent!」

「Esim ve iki cocugumla birlikte kaldik. Konfor vs mukemmel bi evde olabilecek herturlu gereç mevcut. Acikcasi insan kendini evinde gibi hissediyor. Sadece temizligine bi tık daha özen gösterilse gercekten cok mukemmel bir konaklama yeri. Tavsiye ederim」

「For a family this was perfect. The place is 5 min walk from 212 outlet mall and a small taxi ride from Istanbul mall. Kitchen was useful and kids loved the pool it was accessible every day for families except Tuesday and thousands from 11 to 4pm for ladies only. We also had access tot the gym. It has a small supermarket just under the apartment which was super useful. We stayed 4 days. Reception staff were useful especially with booking taxis and directions.」
