"The room was small and beds very uncomfortable I have found particularly the mattress had a steel spring showing Its a good job it did not go into my ribs while sleeping. I need really compensation. My flight was also delayed to Istanbul by 11 hours."

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"

"Istanbul Gonen hotel is at a very convenient Location for a visitor. Starcity outlet Mall with a food court is across the road. Underground Metro station is 15 minutes walking away. File grocery is 5 minutes walking distance. Mall of Istanbul is 6 stations away from Metro. M9 train. Takes 15 minutes. DOGU Sanayi is the Metro station closet to the Istanbul Gonen hotel. I went from New York to Gonen hotel. I did not have any problem staying there. Safe and clean hotel. My advice for non turkish speaking. DO NOT TAKE YELLO TAXI. Take Metro trains. Safer and least expensive. Starcity outlet Mall food court is the best. Avoid outside restaurants. They see tourists they raise their prices 3 times. I would definitely recommend Istanbul Gonen hotel ."

"Room was supposed to be the King Suit. But didn’t look like photos. The bed was not a king size bed. The workmen’ship of the remodel of hotel was very poor. The elevator is the size of a closet that barely fits 2 people and only goes to the 4th floor and had to take the stairs up to the 5th floor. The taxi driver had a hard time finding the hotel because the sign and entrance is off the side street and you have to walk down basically to basement level to enter the lobby. The area seems to be more locals than a tourist area. I would not recommend staying here. Also the hand held shower was broken and wouldn’t stay on holder."
