Amazing Spa and Breakfast Hotel

It was a wonderful stay! The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The room and Spa was very clean. Definitely will consider staying here again when we return!

The hotel is close to airport. It is clean, safe, and friendly staff. The only thing, they called taxi for me and the taxi driver was trying to cheat me with bill. I was disappointed about it.

Such an amazing weekend!

We stayed at a suite-room with its own garden and pool and it was one of the best hotel rooms I ever had. Our 2,5 year old toddler swam freely and joyfully and we were able to spend quality time with him without worrying about him running off. We ordered room service and it was excellent. The one thing we would enjoy a little more would be some additional dining options. Also, a playground in the garden would be amazing.

Great room service food, too warm rooms at night.

Unexpectedly great quality of room service food. We were expecting a standard level when we ordered room service but it was absolutely great. We had manti, chicken salad sezar, meat soup and gavurdagi salad. All of them were great. The only negative comment was that the room was excessively warm, making a comfortable sleep difficult. I tried to set the airco at the lowest possible temperature but it was still uncomfortably warm.

Great hotel for Sabiha Gokcen airport

We have stayed here a few times now, using it as a stopover for Sabiha Gokcen airport before travelling further south. The staff are all very nice and accommodating, the hotel rooms are spacious and swimming pool is great. The underground hotel car park spaces are huge so you have no worries about your car being accidentally damaged. On 2 occasions we were upgraded for free which was very nice especially as we have 2 young children (the extra space made a difference). We will definitely stay again. The only recommendation would be to include a children’s menu in the hotel restaurant.

Ordered room service first night and they forgot my drink , next morning went to use the pool -no towels . Rooms are decent , Breakfast buffet was very good . The hallway carpets needed to be changed a decade ago and noticeable dirt throughout the carpets .

Expensive. Noisy and bad management

Very much aged hotel. Nearly all windows do not close properly. Noisy and cold from outside. Final room was good but lower category than booked. First room wasn’t clean and the soap dispenser were fallen off. Toilet wasn’t clean as well! Compensation (I had to ask for!!!) offered, was reticules. The hotel manager doesn’t to care of the customer needs and he even doesn’t want to talk to them. Very disappointing approach and stay. The rest of the local team was doing great.

The hotel was clean when I first told about it. It was the same with drinking water. In the beginning, nothing happened automatically like in summer 22 and summer 23 in the same place. When you said, it worked after that, but it's annoying for the customer, because things should work in the suite!! The hotel room could use renovation. The hammam is dirty from the ceiling and there is stubborn dirt in the room throughout 16-26.6.24 and probably after. Stains on the floor carpet. Splashes at the end of the bed. The same was true of the whirlpool suite in 23. Our jacuzzi is dirty. Casa Grill is really expensive compared to another hotel in the center of Istanbul on November 23 and the service was better there. Now you have to wait and sometimes the bread disappeared when you looked away. After getting upset about it once, it stopped. One good guy working there. We decided to eat at nearby restaurants that had really good food. It was not because of the price but because of the service. You are the Radisson chain!!!
