Full of Indian community. Very difficult to find other country people. Interesting to see little India in UK.
During your stop in Osterley, check out the restaurants, and jump on the metro at Osterley Underground Station to see more of the surrounding area.
If you're spending some time in Syon, Syon Park and Thames River are top sights worth seeing.
While Hounslow South might not have many sights to explore, venturing just a little farther will lead you to top things to see and do like Twickenham Stadium and Twickenham Stoop.
