「After booking, we repeatedly messaged the hotel for directions and only got a reply at 7:55am on check-in day, telling us the only boat left Cartagena at 8:15am. No way to make it. They then sent a contact for a 9am boat costing 90k + 30k port tax, though cheaper 70k options exist. 「このホテルのいいところは、大きく３つです。一つ目は、ナマケモノや鹿などの動物がいるところ。子どもたちが楽しむことができました。二つ目は、プールです。一番深いところは３ｍ以上あり、小学高学年の息子はとても楽しんでいました。三つ目は、海が近いところです。私はサーフィンが趣味で、すぐに海の状況を見ることができるのが良かったです。（波のコンデションが悪く、サーフィンできませんでしたが。） 悪いところは、wifiがすぐに切れてしまう点は改善してほしいです。また、朝食はおいしかったのですが、有料でとても高かったです。」
