「The room was "lack lustre". The TV was on and loud when I went into room and we could not shut it off. The bathroom lacked towels, no bath matt, only one hand towel. The hand towel had to be used as bath matt. The bed was only made with a white sheet. No throw, no coverlet. The pillows, 3 of the 4 should have been discarded. They where beyond flat. No support at all. Not a good nights rest at all. Dissapointing considering how elegant lobby appears. Not my first stay there, but my worst hotel...
