Staff was very nice. It was convenient that they had 24 hr food delivery. They have a restaurant on premises during regular hrs. They have 2 swimming pools and even a bowling alley. They also had a bar with either a dj or live music. Breakfast was good. My stay was enjoyable.

We like almost everything except that they closed the infinity pool on Friday at 7 and it was written that it closed at 9. And obviously there’s nothing to be done about all the stairs we had to take to get around, but besides that we enjoyed our stay and would return in the near future.

They had live music playing at an excessively high volume right in front of the rooms until late at night; our daughter couldn't sleep because of the noise. Also, the room doors have glass panels that let in a lot of light at night, making it impossible to keep the room dark. Otherwise, the hotel is very good.

Did not like: 1 - The closet in the room was too big for cloths accommodations. 2 - There was no internet service to watch TV while staying at Vista Verde. 3- Pool table under rain (flooded) because of Leaky roof. 4- Not enough parking for those who are staying at the hotel. Weekends. 5- Wet floor in the bar area for those wanting to dance to the music. 6- No telephone service in the room for wakeup calls and service needs. What I did like: A - Service personnel were very active to customers needs at the Reception office, Bar, Music, Game room activities, etc. ****Exceptional service by all staff, including Top Security offered during my stay, 24/7.

The environment was fantastic great drinks great food at the restaurant the chef greeted us fed our family of 7 even after we arrived late the pools were perfect the games were liked but the view speaks for itself weekend was very busy there was a wedding but week days felt like we had the place to ourselves because it's so spread out looking forward to trying the other two hotels

The room was ok, but my main great experience was with the staff A++. The staff is amazing in that place. Another thing they have good food, and the view is a plus for me. and another thing that I really like about the place is that they always have good music going on so I definitely would visit that place again

Really only had one issue. The room we had was the closest to the karaoke pit and it was super loud until 10pm. You couldn't even make a phone call in the room. Staff did move us to a different room at the other end of the complex and it was fine over there. Just something to ask about when you book the room in case you need it to be a bit quiet for business/personal calls, watching TV, or whatever. Other than that it's a fun place to hang out. Beautiful views, great activities, etc.

The hotel did not offer enough activities for kids as advertised, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very repetitive every day, only bread, ham, cheese, and a small cupcake. On the last day, the food quality was poor: the rice was overly salty, and the chicken chicharrones were very hard and difficult to eat. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed in food quality and family-friendly activities.

The staff was excellent and so helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us although there was a language barrier, they were all so sweet. Every employee was truly an angel. The hotel itself was stunning, the view was incredible and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I will Definitely be back.
