"The room was clean but extremely tiny and asked at the reception if we could change to a twin bed room but was told there was no available room."

The room was not clean the next day at 2:30pm, we just requested for new towels. Due to the popularity of the hotel, the management should hire more cleaning staff to get the rooms ready for guests."
