「I absolutely loved my stay here! The place is really charming, inside and out! Lisa was a wonderful host...very responsive to my questions & needs. 「The house was dirty and run-down, in a bad neighborhood. The only positive was its proximity to downtown Indiana. The beds were generally falling apart, the kitchen was a mess, the oven, refrigerator, etc. The beds, mattresses, and couches stank, the front door was practically falling apart, and the doorknob was falling off.
