「The unit was exactly as described in the listing and offered excellent value for the price. The location was also hard to beat, with easy access to downtown Chicago and nearby attractions. For the cost and convenience, it’s a very attractive option. I did not experience any communication issues with the host during my stay, and everything I needed was provided. That said, based on the level of interaction, I could see communication potentially becoming a concern if a significant issue arose...

「Too many rules-can't use windowsills, $10 fee for unreturned key cards? Place was filthy dust caked on counters. Constant, mandatory "safety inspections" so they'll barge into your room with barely any notice. Place is cheap but there are other hotels with equally low prices with less B S」

「Apartment 102 has large bathroom, a washer-dryer, and microwave oven. Very close to "Chicago" station - though no lift/elevator to street level ie carry bags up stairs. Major concern for apartments facing road is security light that shines through blinds all night - as bright as daylight in main room! Consider sleeping in bathroom, if you want any sleep from street noise and light.」

The rooftop area was great and being able to watch tv with the city lights was so fun plus the main bathroom had heated floors. I was very impressed with the penthouse. 10/10 would definitely recommend staying here.」

They sent codes for the unit, the bicycle storage room, and the community room but failed to send codes to access the front door and the gym.
