It is a beautiful and clean apartment.
Includes full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and washing machine. Lots of restaurants around. I would stay there again.
Always enjoy staying here. Very easy process. The rooms are always clean and well attended. The coffee is incredible. Great location, can be noisy but they offer great noise machines in the room. Really enjoy this place.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and the Little Italy neighborhood is vibrant and fun with a lot of good restaurants. However, the check-in process was an ordeal and parking on Taylor Street is limited and expensive, especially if you miss the street cleaning sign and get ticketed as I did.
Everything about this property was exceptional! The location was perfect and there were so many restaurants and shops that were steps out the door. The suite was perfect, had everything you would ever need. Would only suggest ice💜The mattress and bedding were so comfortable. Towels were quality and the complimentary toiletries were high end. The communication with the property was excellent. We look forward to staying here again and would definitely recommend! See you soon Little

Amazing location, comfortable sleeping accommodations. There were a few things that were a little wonky, like the bathroom faucet seeming a little loose or scuffs on the walls. Overall for a non-staffed hotel it was a good experience.
Place was very clean and modern with everything you could need! Location was excellent!

The room is nice, but the hallways and elevator is always pretty dirty. Also there were someones groceries in the lobby for both days I was there. The pillows are HORRIBLE and when asked if we could get additional ones were told it would be the next day. Thanks for nothing. The most concerning part is the TV's which are all really small for each room, but it has everyones accounts on each platform who recently stayed there. Good to watch free stuff, but not so good for security. The taco bell down stairs is INSANELY noisy at night and we wound up calling the police TWICE for noise
The hotel was very clean, quiet and in a great location. The rooms had just about anything you would want/need during your stay. Our air conditioning didn’t work when we arrived, but the staff was responsive and got us switched to a different room. The only thing that could improve the place would be some curtains over the windows, the blinds by themselves let too much sun in through the cracks.
Everything was so nice and well!! A lot of great food around the area. I was concerned about the bar next to us since there’s games going on, but didn’t hear any noise from my floor. Was great!! The customer service/ receptionist was super helpful. Got a bit hiccup on the refunding deposit part but they responses really quick for me to sort things out! Will definitely consider staying at the same brand at other locations!
The room had absolutely everything you could need and was very nice. The hotel itself was in a wonderful area with tons to do. Everything was perfect besides the elevator that made scary noises and chugged like crazy.
The place is wonderful for a family of 4 people. It is equipped with the kitchen and washer/dryer set so I can clean my clothes easily every day. Nice coffee. Super easy to go to downtown by taking the bus. A lot of nice restaurants nearby within walking distance. The only thing is that it would not be quiet in the early morning starting from 6am as it is a busy area which is understandable. Definitely will come back if I visit Chicago again
Fully equipped apartment. Super comfy bed. I love this place. See you again soon

The location is fantastic and the unit is clean. Communication was a challenge and reminded me that the perk of staying in a hotel is faster customer service.
The first steamer I had smelled like mildew and mold, it made my clothes smell bad. I requested an iron and got another moldy smelling steamer hours after I requested. I made it work for the event I attended, but it wasn’t ideal. I recommend that they replace all steamers because the sitting water is an issue.
The best thing about the unit is the close proximity to food options including the meet-try Mario’s Italian Lemonade. It’s also about a 30-minute walk to the United Center and about a 15-minute walk to the blue line, Racine stop.
Very clean and well maintained facility. Easy self check in and check out. About half a mile from two different train lines (blue & pink), so easy access to most of Chicago area. Some construction around the blue line station made that a little more challenging. Many restaurants, bakery, coffee shops in easy walking distance as well. Full kitchen was nice when we wanted to stay in, and the in-unit washer/dryer made unpredictable weather easier to pack for. Pay street parking is available, but we only needed it for a few hours when friends joined us for dinner. Definitely recommend!
