"We were very grateful for the cleanliness of the room! We had a room with a private bathroom, and both the sleeping area and the bathroom was very clean. Futon beds were comfortable and warm. The public onsens were also very clean and well maintained. The 8F one had great views. The rooms were very spacious. Amenities were great.
