"Excellent place. Great free drinks and snacks in the lobby. The staff were awesome. Breakfast was a traditional Japanese breakfast - very filling and varied daily. The twin room was a bit small and the mattresses a bit firm but that was the only downside. Would come here again. "

"Absolutely incredible! The staff was very friendly and the onsens were relaxing. We didn't realize there was a shiatsu massage chair in the room. That was a definite bonus. We went for the junior suite, which was a bit of a splurge, but worth every penny. I would definitely recommend the upgrade. "

"Staying here was a great experience. Relaxing in our private onsen while looking out at the mountain and city was stunning. Our other favorite part was the dinner - our server was so amazing with us and compliments to the chef for preparing the delicious food.
