"Very clean and very friendly staff! A bit out of the way but in a beautiful location, just pay attention to the bus schedules! (They also have a shuttle) The Onsen is very clean and relaxing, overall a wonderful place to stay! "

"フロントは東南アジア系の女性が担当していました。
チェックイン前の時間に到着して、荷物だけでも預買ってもらえないかなあと思っていましたが、柔軟な対応で昼前にもかかわらずチェックインさせてくださいました。
自分の泊まった2階のフロアにはコインランドリーがあり、使わせていただきました。その部屋の中には、解体屋の方が使ったと思われる用具がゴミ袋に入れて置かれていました。
このホテルの経緯については詳しく知っている訳ではなかったのですが、想像するにおそらく倒産したビジネスホテルを誰かが買い取って運営しているのかなとおもいます。客室含めた施設全体が古めな印象を受けましたが、価格からしたら必要充分といった感じでした。"
