The staff was friendly and professional! The hired personnel really makes this place! The rooms are a little dated but it just adds to the charm of the experience. I enjoyed staying here and would recommend! The women onsen was also great and super relaxing!

Hotspring was very nice. I didnt stay due to the skiing aspect. But they are well equipped for it. Great quality of food for their breakfast and supper buffets. The staff were very kind even though i dont speak a lot of japanese.

An OK place to stay, safe and clean but dated

Overall the stay was ok. They had free hot tea which was great when it was so cold out, but the room was very dated. Also, (just FYI) the hotel staff doesn't speak much English and you need a dinner reservation if you want to eat at the hotel- becides a little restaurant near the back of the hotel (which was good!)

スタッフの方がとにかく一生懸命でした。混んでいる中、希望の席を探して下さったりテーブルのアルコール消毒も徹底されていて安心してお食事を頂けました。残念だったのが3泊したのですが朝夕食ともにメニューが一緒だったことです。目玉の一品だけでも違ったメニューだと良いのではないかと思います。

食事する所が施設の規模と合ってない。食事が予約制とか事前に知らなかったら、数十組待ちとなり、子供がお腹を空かせるはめになる。朝食も、ゲレンデまでのバスの時間があるのに、予約時間見誤ると、大急ぎで食べないといけない。それがストレス過ぎた

良い意味で、外資系と日系のハイブリッドなリゾートホテルだと感じました。 日系とは明らかに違う設計で、1Fロビーも客室の廊下も、客室の中も、広々しています。1Fラウンジではコーヒーやドリンクが無料で提供されてくつろげます。夕食バイキングは食べ放題なだけでなく、アルコールも飲み放題。 いっぽうで温泉の大浴場と露天風呂もあり、館内はレストラン含めて浴衣とスリッパでOK。このあたりの日系っぽさも捨てがたい。 部屋にあるテレビの型式からして、築15年以上経っているのでしょうが、メンテナンスはよいと思います。 そして何より、圧倒的に（私にとって）好感度が上がったのは... サイクリング旅行で利用したので自転車を持っていたのですが、どこか人の目の届くところに駐輪したいと相談したら、「それなら部屋に持っていって構いません」と言ってくれたこと。さすが外資系！まあ部屋も廊下も広々しているからこそ、とも言えますが、嬉しかったです(^^)

料理はほぼ美味しかったです。 自分で作るラーメンの茹で時間30秒とありましたが、ちょっと茹で過ぎだと思います。20秒くらいでも、良いかも。 チェックアウト時刻が11時なのは、ゆっくり出来てめちゃ良かったです。 もう少し遊びの施設があれば尚良いかと思います。（ビリヤードやダーツ）

コストパフォーマンスを考えると大変満足です。 ひとつお願いがあるとすれば、室内の冷蔵庫の温度設定が低すぎて、買ってきたケーキがカチカチに凍ってしまいますした。 通常の温度設定にしておいて欲しかったです。
