"Breakfast was great with lots of variety. Rooms were clean and decently sized for our group. Bathrooms were spacious with both separate options for bathtub and shower.Overall enjoyed our stay here."

"Perfect stay!! I had a view of the Tokyo skytree which was a nice surprise!! Room was perfect for me and very clean! Train station is very close with a lot of shops and places to eat. The area is in, Koto City, which is much quieter than the more touristy areas. The train gets you anywhere super quick so it doesn’t really matter that it’s not in the heart of all the touristy things. There’s also an attached pharmacy (think Walgreens vibes) from 9am-11pm for literally anything you need. Great for late night food or relief patches from all the walking 😅 A couple of downsides was the bathroom kind of had a slight funky smell the whole time and the bed is very firm. But despite these two things I would definitely stay here again!"

"Our 2nd stay at this hotel, this time we stayed in the Spa Twin Room (Triple bed), the room is very spacious and clean. Our booking included breakfast and lounge access, both are excellent. Location can't be beat, the subway is right across the hotel at the sky tree complex, there is a supermarket right next door as well."

"Minn Kasai was like a home away from home for us . Clean room, accessible laundry facilities, small kitchen. Staff was very friendly and easy to communicate with via front desk video option . They responded to our requests quickly and efficiently ( ie : new towels, bedsheets , etc ) Also good location to get around with easy access to train from Kasai Station. The self check In/Out was also easy and straight forward."

"The hotel is a bit old, but it has EVERYTHING you need. You room has its own microwave and a good size refrigerator. It even has an air filter machine in the room. The bed is nice. Watch out for the step to the bathroom! It's just how Japanese bathroom is done. Two things to know, and they are the trend in Japan now. 1) Rooms are only cleaned AFTER each 3 nights, i.e., staying four nights will get your room cleaned ONCE on the day of the fourth night. 2) You can get new towels by bringing them down to the laundry room. Other hotels you just leave the dirty towels outside of your room. The staff is friendly and helpful, as always! The hotel can be a bit hard to find. Once you get out of the train station, just cross the street where the two rows of trees are, like a nice arbor path. Walk all the way to the end. Turn right, and walk a little more. The hotel is on the right!"

"Loved the location of this property. It is about 5-10 minute walk to skytree and the train station. Hotel staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel property is beautiful and has a feel of à boutique hotel. They provide free coffee, juice and pastries 24 hours a day. You can buy a glass of beer for ¥500 (as of time of review). The rooms are small, however this is expected in Japan. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us with 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage’s. I would definitely stay here again."
