Apartments in Ichigaya Station for Rent

The accommodation was excellent, the only thing missing which was not a deal breaker was the elevator . Heavy luggage up and down the stairs is a pain. However the room was clean, well stocked with essentials as well as extra. The staff was very nice and respectful. Attentive to the needs of the clients. We love the location that it is so near to everything. If given the chance I will come back to Q rooms in a heartbeat and I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family as well.

Awesome place

Great Location. Quiet plus just a 7 minute awesome walk to all the Shinjuku action. Right next to Shinjuku-Higashi train station to get to Shibuya fast. Family Mart was a blessing. The condo was modern and clean. Endless hot water with best water pressure. Washer and dryer area was great and much needed as we packed light. Good enough for a family of 4 adults and I'm 6 foot 3. Owners kept checking with us to ensure we had anything we needed. Easy check in as we arrived after midnight. ...

This is one of the best properties I've ever had the pleasure to stay as a family, and definitely one of the best ones by Tokyos standards. Spacious apartment, super thoughtful amenities, ready to cook kitchen and all necessary appliances included. Beautiful interior design immediately welcomes you and spacious and comfortable beds help you get a restful sleep to be ready for the next day. Centrally located with walking distance to Shinjuku downtown, national park, transit, 7/11 and Shinjuku...

Host was great and the location was good! The only thing I didn’t realize upon booking was how many stairs there were to get up and down from the basement floor and main floor. Besides that a good stay!

Mattresses and linens were excellent. Elevator is convenient to the room. Intercom is a nice feature. Wish the door had an electronic lock. Getting a key out of a lockbox and having to share one key between 3 people was not ideal.

Check-in was a bit glitchy but otherwise a great and quiet stay. Clean and stylish and in an older part of Tokyo that was a welcome change of pace from

The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are in the basement level and felt a bit damp, so we kept the air conditioning running to keep the rooms dry. Also, the living room space had furniture that was not very suitable for 4 or 5 people to use so the area was not very comfortable.

Spacious and with many amenities.

Highly recommended. This was perfect for my partner and our two teenage girls - everyone had enough space to themselves when needed. Bathroom was spacious with two sinks. I didn’t see a washer/dryer listed in the features but we had one in our room which was very helpful. The location was great, close to the subway and lots of good little restaurants nearby. The 7-11 downstairs couldn’t be more convenient. Would definitely stay there again!

Worked out great for our family of six. Mahalo nui

Excellent and Valuable price…

Great property. We enjoyed the room with a group of 4 adults. Spacious and very clean. It also had two toilets which was convenient. Each adult had a bed to themself. Check in and checkout process is done electronically on site as there is no staff present to do it for you. But we did see someone restocking the Amenities on the first floor who asked if if there is anything we needed. We were able to get assistance with the Wi-Fi by chatting online with a live representative. Overall, we enjoyed...

Spacious, quiet location, easy check in process etc. rooms were clean and had all of the necessary items for a stay. Would recommend some flexibility with check in and check out timing where possible but otherwise amazing place and would recommend again.
